About

Sustainability is a team sport, if you want to succeed, surround yourself with people willing to help you thrive.

Rutland Forums facilitate collaboration groups of sustainability and energy practitioners, helping members decarbonise their organisations quicker and more cost effectively. All forums meet regularly to collaborate on projects, share best practice, and work closely with the HM Government to develop policies to accelerate the UK’s low carbon transition.

The forums are facilitated by Haydn Young as former Energy and Sustainability Manager, who, after joining the Retail Energy Forum (REF) as a client in 2012, could see the value that collaboration could bring between peers within a sector. Having taken the reins of REF in 2018, Haydn broadened the format to a year-round subscription of meetings and workshops, alongside expanding into new sectors.

Rutland Forums now supports over 350 of the UKs leading energy and sustainability peers from 70 organisations.
